Patrícia Santos Pedrosa

This book, published by Circo de Ideias, authored by Patrícia Santos Pedrosa and with a preface by Zaida Muxí Martínez, is the result of research into the history of women architects in Portugal.

It is organized into three moments which aim to engage in dialogue with the History of Portuguese Architecture, construct new narratives and, finally, reflect on the present and future paths of research and action. Through a critical and reflective approach to women and their stories, the author contributes to a wider narrative of history, as an act of resistance against the conventional view of architecture, celebrating the contributions of women in the discipline.
